These general conditions of sale (the “CGV”) define the conditions under which a natural or legal person (the “Customer”) can
book an accommodation service in unusual accommodation for the night or week offered with the company L’ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS, with
additional services at 10 chemin des écoles 89520 Fontenoy.
These general conditions of sale may be modified at any time. The version that applies to the Customer's reservation is the one in force.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

A detailed description of the accommodation offered for reservation is available on the website www.loreedes4chemins.fr and can be consulted on site.
The following additional services are available:
- Breakfast basket, aperitif basket on the go or aperitif dinner basket and meal basket with reservation at least 48 hours before the date
arrival;
- Wellness massage carried out by an external service provider subject to availability with reservation at least 5 days before the date of
performance of the service;
- Thematic workshops following the host's events calendar and number of places available;
- Tourist packages and other travel services not produced by it.
3. RESERVATION
3.1. Reservation Terms
Reservations can be made remotely or on site.
Reserving accommodation involves: payment of the price, signing of the rental contract, general conditions of sale and delivery of
the resort insurance certificate or a deposit check.
All reservations are subject to the availability of the selected accommodation.
3.2. Reservation Confirmation
The reservation is confirmed after receipt of full payment of the rental amount and all the documents referred to in point 3.1.
A confirmation is sent to the Customer by e-mail.

3.3. Deposit – damage caused by the Customer
No deposit will be requested in the event of submission of the resort insurance certificate. On the other hand, if the customer does not have a resort insurance certificate, a deposit check for €500 will be required.
If the exit inventory reveals the existence of damage or breaches of internal regulations (breakage, deterioration, disappearance of equipment made available to the Client), L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS will contact the Client's insurer for compensation .
If the deposit by check is chosen, the company may request payment for the damage caused, or collect it in full, if the damage is equivalent to the sum of the check (€500).
4. PRICE - PAYMENT
4.1. Price
Prices are inclusive of all taxes (VAT at 10 or 20% depending on the service booked), in euros, calculated on the basis of the data in force at the time of booking. Prices are visible on the website www.loreedes4chemins.fr and on site.
Prices are subject to change at any time. However, any price changes will only apply to new bookings
made after the price update date. Bookings confirmed before the price change will remain at the price agreed at the time of booking.
Accommodation prices do not include the price of additional services or the tourist tax.

4.2. Promotion
Promotional offers are subject to conditions, in particular availability, and can be combined with each other, unless otherwise stated. Therefore, the fact that over the same period customers can pay a different price, depending on whether or not they have benefited from a promotional offer,
does not give rise to a right to reimbursement of the difference to the customer who paid the highest price.
4.3. Payment terms
The price is payable in full upon booking. In the absence of payment of the sums due, any reservation will be considered void. Payment for reservations can be made remotely via a secure link from Crédit Agricole de Champagne Bourgogne “up2pay” or on site by bank card, cash or connect or standard holiday check, gift voucher or check. In the event of payment by check, the reservation will only be confirmed once the L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS account has been definitively credited with the funds.
4.4. Tourist tax
The tourist tax must be paid on site upon arrival and is not included in the price. Its amount is determined per person and per night. As of September 1, 2024, the tourist tax amounts to €3.30 / person / night.

5. MODIFICATION – CANCELLATION – FORCE MAJEURE
Reservations made are firm and final, and cannot be canceled.
In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the total amount of the reservation will be retained and cannot be refunded, except in cases of force majeure.
However, up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the Customer has the possibility to postpone their stay to a later date in the current year, subject to availability and to keep the same period (high season or high season ). low). Any request for a report or cancellation must be sent in writing to the email address contact@loreedes4chemins.fr, and the new date of stay will be confirmed according to the
availability.
In the event of cancellation by L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS, the Customer may either postpone their reservation to a later date, subject to availability,
or be fully reimbursed for the sums paid by them plus 10%.
In the event of force majeure as defined by article 1218 of the civil code, a fortuitous event or the action of a third party leading to the cancellation of the reservation, neither party can be held responsible or in default, from each party will be released from its obligations, without any compensation being due with the exception of a fixed price corresponding to 20% of the price for administrative costs.

The Customer can choose between postponing their stay to a later date, subject to availability, or a full refund of the reservation after deduction of administrative fees.
6. GIFT VOUCHERS
L’ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS offers gift vouchers, valid for a period of one year from their date of issue. These gift vouchers can be used for any reservation made on our site, subject to availability. Gift vouchers are neither exchangeable nor refundable, including if not used before their expiration date.
7. CONDITIONS OF ENJOYMENT OF HOUSING
7.1. Restriction
The accommodation is non-smoking, pets are not allowed and proper clothing is required in all circumstances. Parties are not allowed.
7.2. Arrival and departure
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Late arrival is possible subject to prior notice. Accommodations must be vacated no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
7.3. State of play
An inventory is carried out upon entering and leaving the accommodation. Any damage observed will be declared to the Customer's insurance company or deducted from the deposit check.
A contradictory inventory of the movable property made available will be carried out upon the Client's arrival. In the event of breakage, damage or disappearance of said furniture, the Client must compensate L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS directly or through its resort insurance.

7.4. Household – Return of housing
The Customer must return their accommodation in a clean condition. He can reserve an end-of-stay cleaning option upon payment of a flat rate of 80 euros including tax.
7.5. Equipment available
Each accommodation is equipped with: wifi with an individual connection code, connected television, SENSEO® type coffee maker, microwave, toaster,
kettle, refrigerator, gas or electric hob (2 or 4 burners), table, chairs, solar shower, garden furniture, deckchairs, individual spa
semi-rigid or inflatable, necessary dishes, storage furniture for linen, single or double beds depending on the accommodation, mattress pads,

7.6. Outdoor spaces - Parking

7.7. Internal regulations
The Client undertakes to respect the internal regulations, which are communicated to the Client by e-mail when booking and available in the accommodation.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.221-28, 12° of the Consumer Code applicable to the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rentals, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period, the Customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal. The reservation is therefore concluded in a manner
final upon payment of the price.
9. INSURANCE – RESPONSIBILITIES
L’ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to the Customer’s personal effects during their stay.
The Customer is held civilly liable for damage and other harm that may be caused during the reservation.

The Client undertakes to take out resort insurance with the insurer of their choice and to provide proof upon booking at L’ORÉE DES 4

Children move around the premises under the exclusive supervision of their parents. Consequently, it is the parents' responsibility to replace the thermal cover after using the spas and not to let children play near them without supervision.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEES
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, without additional costs, as explained

The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to obtain implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity appearing. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date of its appearance.

3° The repair or replacement of the good causes a major inconvenience for the consumer, in particular when the consumer

The consumer also has the right to a reduction in the price of the good or to the termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies that the reduction in the price or the termination of the contract be immediate. The consumer is then not required to request repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.
The consumer does not have the right to cancel the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period of immobilization of the good for its repair or replacement suspends the guarantee which remained to run until the delivery of the restored good.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the Consumer Code.
The seller who obstructs in bad faith the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity incurs a civil fine of a maximum amount of 300,000 euros, which can be increased up to 10% of the average annual turnover ( article L. 241-5 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects in application of articles 1641 to 1649 of the civil code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee gives the right to a price reduction if the item is kept or to a full refund against return of the item.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website, the Facebook page and these General Terms and Conditions are the property of L’ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS. It is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an offense of counterfeiting.
12. CUSTOMER OPINION - IMAGE RIGHT
In the event that the Client submits a review on the services of L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS, the Client accepts that this review will be used for promotional purposes and reproduced on all communication media (website, social networks, brochure commercial).
In addition, the Customer accepts that the photos or videos that he may share publicly on social networks of his stay at the L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS establishment may be reused for promotional purposes, subject to mentioning the author of the photo. If the Customer does not wish his opinions or photos to be used, he can object by sending a message to the email address contact@loreedes4chemins.fr. L’ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS will then benefit from a period of 30 days to delete these elements from all of its media.
13. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In application of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 amended by law no. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, the personal data requested from the Customer are necessary for the processing of their order and the preparation of invoices.
This data may be communicated to L'ORÉE DES 4 CHEMINS partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of reservations.
The processing of information communicated via the website complies with legal requirements regarding the protection of personal data. The information system used ensures optimal protection of this data.
In accordance with national and European regulations, the Customer can permanently access his information. He may also modify, rectify, object and request portability and limitation of the processing of his information.
This right can be exercised by sending an e-mail to the address: contact@loreedes4chemins.fr. The Customer may be required to prove his identity
to exercise their rights.
The data is kept on an active basis for the duration of the contract or 3 years from the last contact with the customer, and on an archive basis for a period of 5 years, the period of limitation under common law.
Finally, the Customer must submit a complaint to the CNIL.

14. COMPLAINT – CONSUMER MEDIATION – COMPETENT JURISDICTION – APPLICABLE LAW
Any complaint will be sent by email to the address: contact@loreedes4chemins.fr, specifying as the subject “complaint”, the references of its
reservation, the description of the disorder / hidden defect / lack of conformity as well as any element that he deems useful in establishing the latter.

Dear guests,
The residential park L'Orée des 4 chemins, thanks you for reading and respecting the following information, so that your stay is as pleasant as possible:
1. Conditions of admission and stay
To be admitted to enter, settle in or stay on the PRL l’Orée des 4 chemins, you must have been authorized to do so by the manager or his representative.
The latter has the obligation to ensure the good behavior and good order of the establishment as well as compliance with the application of these internal regulations.
Staying in the L’Orée des 4 chemins residential leisure park implies
acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them as well as the general conditions of sale displayed in the establishment.
No one can take up residence there.
Dogs and other animals are prohibited in the Residential Park.
No smoking or vaping allowed in accommodation.
A badge for the gate will be given to you as well as the key to the accommodation upon your arrival.
The gate will be permanently closed to maintain the safety of vacationers during their stays.
The Orée des 4 chemins team can be reached by telephone at 06.14.21.93.33 and at the central office from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
2. Police formalities
Minors unaccompanied by their parents, or an adult guardian or guardian, will not be able to stay in the establishment.
3. Installation
The accommodation and related equipment must be installed at the location indicated in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or her representative and used only on the plot in question.
4. Information
All the information on the services of the residential leisure park, information on the tourist attractions of the surrounding area and various addresses which may prove useful, will be available in accommodation.
A complaints collection and processing system is available to customers on the questionnaire to be left at the end of their stay.

Other products require advance reservation (at least 48 hours in advance) for gourmet baskets, lunch baskets and breakfasts.

5. Display
These internal regulations are posted on the notice board in the large car park of the residential leisure park and in each accommodation.
Each customer is informed of this upon arrival so that they can read it and apply its content.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers at the entrance to the establishment, on the website.
6. Departure arrangements
Customers are invited to notify the manager or other representative a little before their departure in order to be able to carry out an inventory of the premises upon departure.
Departure times are scheduled between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. maximum but they can be adjusted by notifying in advance.
Any amounts remaining due must be paid the day before departure.

The deposit (if applicable) will be returned and canceled after the exit inventory if this allows it.
Sorting and emptying your waste is included in the tasks incumbent on you before your departure.
Cleaning must be done, tidying up, dishes done... If cleaning is not done before your departure, the manager reserves the right to charge you the cleaning costs of €80.
7. Noise and silence
Guests are asked to respect their neighbors in order to allow everyone to relax.

8. Visitors
After having been authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors can be admitted to the establishment under the responsibility of the vacationers who receive them for a short time.
Each person not included in the rental must be reported to the residential park manager. The services and facilities of the residential leisure park are not accessible to people not included in the rental or reservation contract. (spas, overnight stays, etc.) and each visitor must respect these internal regulations.
Visitors' cars are tolerated, with prior agreement from the managers, in the establishment's car parks.
9. Circulation and parking of vehicles
The residential leisure park, L'Orée des 4 chemins, is exclusively pedestrian. Parking areas located in two car parks in the establishment are provided for each rental. The lower parking area is reserved for long vehicles and one-off stops.
Drive at a walking pace (10 kilometers per hour maximum) in a dedicated area of ​​the establishment and access path.
It is therefore prohibited to drive a car within the park outside of the car parks.
Cart shuttles are provided for arrivals, only for transporting luggage.
10. Outfit and appearance of facilities
The general park:
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the L’Orée des 4 chemins residential leisure park and its facilities.
Household waste, waste of all kinds and papers must be placed in the bins provided or in the sorting and collection area at the entrance to the establishment. Laundry will be hung, provided that it is discreet and does not disturb neighbors. It should never be made from trees.
Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is prohibited to drive nails into trees, cut branches, or plant crops. It is not permitted to demarcate the location of an installation by personal means, nor to dig the ground.
Any repair of damage to vegetation, fences, land or land facilities will be the responsibility of the perpetrator.

12. Games

14. Spa
Access to the spa is free and reserved only for residents of the accommodation in the plot where the spa is located.
It is prohibited to use the spa on a neighboring plot, even if it is unoccupied.
The use of spas is unsupervised, children must be under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.
The safety cover must be replaced and locked after each use to ensure safety on the park and maintenance of the desired temperature.
Spa users must ensure the cleanliness of the spa and its surroundings; do not throw any paper or trash, products, dyes or bubbles there.
